La Hechicera means "sorceress" in Spanish. Under this name lies an exceptional molasses rum inspired by the mystical beauty of Colombian life and nature. It has been produced by the Colombian family Riascos for 3 generations.
The base is a masterfully blended mix of rums aged 12 to 21 years in the wild Caribbean coast of Colombia. Together with aging in solera system in ex-bourbon barrels, it has developed a fantastic flavor profile with notes of oak, caramel, orange peel, freshly roasted coffee, and tobacco.
Colombian rum La Hechicera is best enjoyed neat or with just a cube of ice. It is a pure natural rum without added colors, sugars, or flavorings, presented in a beautiful gift packaging.
