La Hechicera Rum Serie Experimental No.2 - Banana Infused is a special edition of the classic La Hechicera rum. Aged in white oak barrels where it has been infused with a generous amount of organic banana pulp.
This experimental series of rum is a celebratory ode to three generations of the Riasco family (the producers of this rum), who originally made a living by growing bananas before starting a romantic family story with the production of La Hechicera rum.
With the intention of creating a perfect and balanced taste, master Giraldo Mituoka immersed sun-dried bananas in matured rum, making full use of the intense flavor of the fruit and at the same time preserving the perfection of the distillate.
La Hechicera Serie Experimental No.2 Banana Infused is a distinctly experimental and artistically executed rum.
Please note: Rum contains a natural sediment. Ron La Hechicera Experimental Series No. 2 is a product whose composition was created by macerating dehydrated organic banana. It is important to mention that the banana is a fruit rich in vitamins and minerals, which in the special composition of this series can become soluble and appear in the form of precipitates, which is also indicated on the label.
