Among them, you will find local juniper, lemons, lavender, rosemary, marjoram, sage, iris, and roses grown in the botanical reserve on the hills of Portofino. These mysteriously blend with locally hand-picked ingredients to create the secret recipe of this gin.
Portofino Gin is produced in an ancient Italian distillery located 2 hours away. In each production batch, traditional and innovative distillation methods are combined - from the old Italian copper pot still method used in the production of local liqueurs and grappa to the masterfully executed modern technology using vacuum, which preserves the aroma of even the most delicate botanicals.

Non-Alcoholic Undone No.2 Not Gin is made by extracting essences from various herbs and spices, which are then distilled in special equipment to achieve an authentic gin flavor. It is an aroma designed to mimic the taste and scent of gin in non-alcoholic drinks! Some of the key herbs used in the production of Undone No.2 Not Gin include juniper, coriander, angelica, and citrus fruits.
After distillation, these extracts are blended into a mixture and gently flavored with natural ingredients. The entire production process is very carefully monitored to ensure excellent quality and taste of the beverage.
