This 2025 release marks the first edition of the Machir Bay Cask Strength series after a three-year break. Bottled at a natural cask strength of 58,1 % ABV, it showcases the powerful character typical of Kilchoman – peat smoke, citrus, and a maritime influence.

On the nose, it offers notes of lemon zest, melon, floral accents, and gentle smoke, layered with vanilla and caramel from the bourbon casks.

The palate is full and warming – a combination of coastal peat, fresh and candied citrus fruits, caramel, and delicate spice. The finish is long, with smoke and heat slowly giving way to vanilla, toasted coconut, and a subtle touch of salt.
