This vintage marked as 2025 is the first release of the Machir Bay Cask Strength series after a three-year hiatus. The whisky was bottled at natural cask strength 58.1% ABV and showcases the distinctive profile of Kilchoman – peat, citrus, and a maritime touch.

The nose reveals notes of lemon zest, melon, floral accents, and gentle smoke, layered with vanilla and caramel from bourbon casks.

The palate is full, warming – a combination of seaweed, fresh and candied citrus, caramel, and gentle spice. The finish is long, gradually allowing the fire and smoke to give way to vanilla, toasted coconut, and a hint of salt.
