Description
Miniature of the Scottish Single Mortar Sanaig from the Kilchoman distillery. Whiskey is named after a bay on the rugged Atlantic coast of the Islay region and is the result of a combination of aging in ex-sherry and ex-bourbon barrels . The high proportion of Oloroso sherry adds the whiskey taste of dried fruit and spices to the classic citrus - smoky Kilchoman. Together they form a balanced single malt Scotch whiskey with the typical fine peat smoke of Islay and citrus sweetness.
