This single malt whisky, swirling with creamy vanilla and a burst of citrus, layered with honey and peach, elevates the kaleidoscope of flavors in The Original to new heights of deliciousness. The whisky has met with enthusiasm from critics, who awarded it the prestigious gold medal at the esteemed World Whiskies Awards 2024.
Bottles are filled with an alcohol content of 40% with a volume of 0.7 l. Delivered in a gift box.
Ardbeg 10 Year Old is a whisky with a color reminiscent of fine sherry. The taste features smoke, saltiness, and iodine dryness, yet has a mild sweetness. The finish is heavier, lingering with iodine.
Ardbeg 10 is considered the most peaty, most curious, and most complex single malt whisky in the world. Despite this, it does not boast of its peatiness, rather yielding to the natural sweetness of the malt, creating a perfectly balanced whisky.
An explosion of intense smoky fruit escapes into the atmosphere of peat filled with zesty lemon and lime, wrapped in waxy dark chocolate. Bold menthol and black pepper cut through the sweet smoke, followed by tarry ropes and graphite. Enjoy the aroma of smoked fish and crispy bacon along with green pepper, roasted pineapple, and pear juice.
Add water and oceanic minerality brings a hint of cool, salty seawater. Followed by wax, lemon, and lime with coal tar soap, beeswax, and herbal pine needles. Toasted vanilla and cinnamon simmer with warm hazelnut and almond caramel.
Unchill-filtered. Bottles are filled with an alcohol content of 46% with a volume of 0.7 l. They are delivered in gift cartons.
