The GlenAllachie 9 Year Old Fino Sherry Cask + Gin Sul for free
Single malt whisky GlenAllachie 9 Year Old Fino Sherry Cask Finish was matured in ex-sherry Fino casks.
Fino is the driest type of sherry, produced by biologically maturing the wine for at least two years under a 'flor': a layer of yeast that prevents oxidation.
It is renowned for its pale appearance and subtle sweetness, which GlenAllachie has exploited in the production of this whisky, which is finished in Fino sherry casks.
It delivers notes of sweet almonds, custard and orchard fruit in a single malt Scotch whisky that has been bottled at 48 % ABV, unfiltered and naturally coloured for The Wood Collection.
This is a limited edition. The bottles have a capacity of 0,7 l and come in gift boxes.

Juniper distillate is produced in a small, hand-made, copper still. All alcoholic vapors in it must pass through a metal sieve in which there are herbs.
Cold, clear and soft water from the Lüneburg Heath, grapefruit-sized Portuguese lemons, juniper, fresh rosemary, and the oily resin of the cistus herb (rock rose) make GIN SUL extraordinary. The touch of the Portuguese Atlantic coast is bottled in typical white clay bottles, which protect the gin from light and heat.
