Another excellent single mortar from The GlenAllachie, from the Wood Finish Series. Master Distiller Billy Walker, works with honest manufacturers of small batches from around the world to create the unique spirit of GlenAllachia.
The beautiful golden malt matures in premium American oak barrels and is then translated into a strong Kentucky Rye barrel. Different levels of "roasting" the barrel and rye malt give the classic GlenAllachie richness and spiciness. Like all GlenAllachie, this is a limited edition. Only 2,000 cartons of this whiskey were produced.
