The GlenAllachie 10 Year Old Cask Strength Batch 13 is a distinctive Speyside single malt Scotch whisky from The GlenAllachie distillery, created under the guidance of Master Distiller Billy Walker. This is a batch release from the popular Cask Strength series, built on full flavor, natural color, and authentic character of cask strength bottling.

Batch 13 matures in a combination of Pedro Ximénez sherry, Oloroso sherry, red wine casks, and virgin oak casks, which gives it a deep, sweet-spicy, and layered profile. The sherry casks bring dark sweetness, cocoa, and dried fruit, while the wine casks enhance fruity juiciness, and the virgin oak adds spice, structure, and oak intensity.

On the nose and palate, notes of mokka coffee, candied ginger, cinnamon, manuka honey, muscovado sugar, cocoa, salted caramel, blood orange, molasses cake, glazed blackberries, and fig syrup come together. The result is a robust, complex, and warming whisky suitable for slow sipping, ideally neat or with a few drops of water.
