Description
Scottish barley, 100 hours of fermentation, and slow distillation. This is 18 year old whisky from The GlenAllachie. From the warehouses containing casks from the 70s, Master Distiller Billy Walker selected a small batch and bottled it at 46 %. Only 1000 cartons produced.
Aging took place in American casks, ex-sherry casks, and virgin oak casks. No chill filtration and no added colors or flavorings. This whisky is a winner of multiple world awards.
We recommend serving at room temperature, allowing the whisky to sit in the glass to develop all its aromas and flavors. The bottles have a volume of 0.7 l and are delivered in beautiful gift boxes.
