Scottish barley, 100 hour fermentation and slow distillation. This is an 18 year old whisky from The GlenAllachie. From the warehouses, which house casks dating back to the 1970s, Master Distiller Billy Walker, selected a small batch and bottled it at 46 %. Only 1 000 cases produced.
It was aged in American barrels, ex-sherry casks and virgin oak casks. No chill filtering and no added colourings or flavourings. This whisky is a winner of several world awards.
We recommend serving at room temperature, letting the whisky sit in the glass to allow all its aromas and flavours to develop. The bottles are 0,7 l and come in beautiful gift boxes.
