Singleton 12 Year Old

Singleton of Dufftown is a Scotch single malt whisky that comes from the Speyside region. It has a nice amber color with subtle reflections of jam color.

It matures most of the time in European oak barrels. It is then filled into bottles with 40% alcohol content.

The aroma features notes of roasted hazelnuts, fresh apples, dried fruit (e.g., dates) and brown sugar, complemented by a subtle hint of tannins and vanilla.

The taste is smooth and creamy: it starts with sweet notes of caramel and vanilla, followed by fruit (apple, pear), nuts, and a subtle spicy wine tannin base. The finish is medium-long, dry and clean, with hints of dried fruit, subtle oak and a nutty character that lingers even after the last drop.

Perfect for a variety of mixed drinks or cocktails. The bottle is in a very nice blue and white gift box.
