Very special limited edition Scottish 32-Year-Old Single Malt whisky The GlenAllachie Pedro Ximénez Puncheon Single Cask 1989, which comes from the 4th series of the Single Cask range. The distillation was personally overseen by Master Distiller Billy Walker. It is produced in the Speyside region.
We are pleased to present to you the premium and mainly high-quality whisky The GlenAllachie Pedro Ximénez Puncheon, which was distilled on 07.07.1989. The whisky aged for 32 years in a very old and high-quality ex-sherry Pedro Ximénez oak cask from Spain. This excellent cask imparts a sophisticated flavor of fruit, ginger, mango, spices, figs, and wood.
Non-chill filtered and with no added coloring. The bottle comes in a very nice grey-black minimalist gift packaging. Only 584 pieces were made!
Color: amber with orange reflections
Aroma: heather honey, fruit, cake, pineapple, cinnamon
Taste: honey, pineapple, ginger, dried fruit, figs, banana, cloves
Finish: spices, fruit, pastry, citrus, wood, grape
