Glencadam Distillery was opened in 1825 and little has changed since then. All whiskeys are bottled here as 46% without filtration and without added dyes.
Limited edition award-winning malt whiskey, Glencadam Highland Single Scotch Malt Whiskey. It matures in bourbon barrels and finally in three port barrels. The whole maturation takes 17 years. This whiskey is an excellent example of centuries of craftsmanship and tradition. "Almost perfect" malt with a beautifully balanced pure taste.
Aroma: sweet, red fruit, caramel, sharp oak, cherries, vanilla.
Taste: soft, sweet, cherries, plums, fruit, baked malt.
Conclusion: long, sweet and pleasantly warm.
