Opening the bottle is like unwrapping a bouquet, even from a metre away you can smell the spicy aromas of sulphurous peat, honey, marzipan, nuts, a little citrus and sea salt. The flavour can only be fully enjoyed after 3 - 4 sips, it grows and develops.
The senses are awakened by the pungency of the sulphurous peat, mixed in complete harmony with iodine, dark sugar, honey, marzipan and cinnamon... just as the nose predicted. It finishes in the beautiful warmth of a dry campfire.
