Highland Park is the northernmost distillery in Scotland, located on the rugged and beautiful Orkney Islands. It was founded in 1798 by David Robertson at a site where the churchman Magnus Eunson once smuggled whisky. Today, it is among the most respected brands of single malt whisky in the world, acclaimed for its harmonious style and connection to the islands' Viking heritage.

Peat, Wind, and Sea Air

Highland Park whisky draws its character from the environment in which it is created. The distillery uses peat from Hobbister Moor – a unique blend of moss and plants soaked in sea salt. The result is a gentle smoky note with hints of honey, spice, and a salty breeze. The water comes from mineral-rich Crantit Spring, which adds purity and freshness to the whisky.

Tradition of Malting and Handcrafting

Highland Park is one of the last Scottish distilleries that handcraft their own malt – about 20% of their barley needs are malted directly at the distillery. This dedication to craftsmanship preserves the authentic flavor and quality of each batch.
