Highland Park 18 Year Old Viking Pride is a Scottish single malt whisky from the Orkney Islands. It matures for a minimum of 18 years in a significant proportion of European and American oak casks previously used for sherry. It combines notes of cherries, dark chocolate, honey, citrus, and subtle peat smoke.

Description
Another excellent whisky from this distillery. The aroma of honey, flowers, sap, peat, and smoke is very rich and pronounced. The taste again offers a huge range starting with a mild saltiness and continuing with an intense development of flavors of nuts, honey, cinnamon, and ginger. It pairs wonderfully with desserts and cigars.
