Highland Park 12-year-old is a Scottish single malt whiskey that matures mainly in European and American oak casks flavored with sherry. This iconic 12-year-old distillate offers a complex, balanced taste with rich notes of sun-warmed Seville oranges and rich fruitcake, spiced with cinnamon, nutmeg and cloves. In the whiskey you will also find a hint of heather honey mixed with a gentle smoke from the heather bog.

This whiskey is characterized by a dry smoky character that is perfectly balanced by the sweet taste of honey and heather. It is recommended to serve it with a light snack, for example with wasabi peas, pan-fried rib-eye steak or smoked salmon with cream.

Highland Park 12-year-old matures in natural, uncolored barrels according to an ancient Viking recipe, which gives it a unique personality and an exceptional finish.
