Karpatská Perla Riesling Rhine

The dry white wine Riesling from the winery Karpatská Perla is one of the finest expressions of this variety in the Little Carpathians region. The grapes come from selected vineyards with calcareous-clay soils, which provide the wine with its typical mineral precision, refreshing juiciness and aromatic purity.

The PDO (Protected Designation of Origin) certification guarantees that the grapes originate exclusively from this wine-growing area and meet a high quality standard.

Vinification was carried out gently, with an emphasis on preserving primary fruit aromas. Controlled fermentation in stainless-steel tanks at low temperatures maintained the natural freshness, citrus character and classic Riesling elegance. The wine is vegan, meaning no animal-derived products were used during production.

The aroma is dominated by notes of lime, citrus zest, green apple, white flowers and a touch of mineral salinity.

On the palate, the wine is energetic, juicy and well-balanced – citrus, kiwi, green apple, grape, subtle herbal tones and refreshing acidity that beautifully prolongs the flavour. The texture is clean, slender and mineral.

The finish is long, fresh and mineral-driven, showing the classic character of Riesling from the Little Carpathians.

This wine pairs perfectly with fish, seafood, salads, vegetarian and vegan dishes, goat cheese or as an elegant, refreshing wine for everyday enjoyment.
