Slovak dry rosé wine with protected designation of origin from the Carpathian Pearl winery. Variety Blue Franc, vintage 2024, Little Carpathian wine-growing region, Šenkvice.
The sugar content of the grapes at harvest was 21°NM.
Enjoy the aroma of wild strawberries and the juicy fruity taste. This refreshing rosé with firm to zesty acidity will be a pleasant companion from spring to autumn. It is vegan and low in histamines.
We recommend serving it chilled to 10 - 12°C with light fish or vegetable salads.
