Description
Slovak wine with a protected designation of origin, red, dry. Variety Alibernet, vintage 2018, Malokarpatská wine region, Sv. Martin, vineyard Suchý vrch. The sugar content of the grapes at harvest was 25°NM.
The color of the wine is purple-red. The aroma enchants you with black mulberry and blackberry. The full taste with notes of black berry fruit is enhanced by a 2-year stay in barrel oak. The wine is also suitable for long-term aging.
We recommend decanting in a carafe before serving and serving at a temperature of 18 °C with game dishes.
