The sugar content of the grapes at harvest was 21°NM.
Enjoy the aroma of forest strawberries and juicy fruit flavor. This refreshing rosé with firm to spicy acidity will be a pleasant companion from spring to autumn. It is vegan and low-histamine.
We recommend serving chilled at 10 - 12°C with light preparations of fish or vegetable salads.
