Description
The dry red wine Karpatská Perla Alibernet 2019 comes from the Suchý vrch vineyard in the Svätý Martin area of the Malé Karpaty wine region. The wine is classified as a Wine with Protected Designation of Origin and was made from grapes with a sugar content of 21 °NM.
The wine has a deep ruby-red color, which immediately hints at its intense character. The aroma is rich and complex, combining fruity and floral notes with hints of black currant and blackberry. Twenty months of aging in barrique barrels imparted a structured taste with smooth tannins and a pleasant elegance.
Serve at 18 °C, ideally with hearty meat dishes such as beef steaks or traditional goose feasts. Alcohol content is 13 % and bottle volume is 0,75 l.
