Elegant Italian wine Piccini Costa Toscana Rosato, from Tuscany. Pink wine made from 90% Sangiovese and 10% Syrah. Protected Designation of Origin IGT Costa Toscana. Organic wine.
To maintain aromatic integrity, the grapes are harvested on the first days of September, during the coldest hours of the day. After stalking and pressing, there is a short maceration of the must on the skins and fermentation, after which the wine matures using batonage.
