Carpathian Pearl Riesling

White Dry Wine Riesling from the winery Karpatská Perla is one of the finest expressions of this variety in the Small Carpathians. The grapes come from selected vineyards with calcareous-clay soils, which give the wine its typical mineral precision, fresh juiciness, and aromatic purity.

The designation CHOP – Protected Designation of Origin guarantees that the grapes come exclusively from this wine-growing region and a high standard of quality.

Vinification was carried out gently, with an emphasis on preserving primary fruitiness – controlled fermentation in stainless steel tanks at low temperatures maintained the natural freshness, citrus character, and typical Riesling elegance. The wine is vegan, meaning no animal products were used in its production.

The aroma is dominated by notes of lime, citrus peel, green apple, white flowers, and mineral salinity.

On the palate, the wine is energetic, juicy, and balanced – citrus, kiwi, green apple, grape, subtle herbal notes, and fresh acidity that beautifully extends the flavor. The texture is clean, slender, with a mineral undertone.

The finish is long, fresh, and mineral, with the characteristics of a classic Rhine Riesling from the Small Carpathians.

This wine is ideal with fish, seafood, salads, vegetarian and vegan dishes, goat cheese, or as an elegant refreshing wine for every day.
