Description
Slovak white dry wine with a protected designation of origin from the winery Karpatská Perla. Variety Veltlínske zelené, vintage 2023, Malokarpatská wine region, wine village Modra - vineyard Noviny.
Wine of golden yellow color with a rich fruity-herbal bouquet reminiscent of citrus fruits, pineapple, and white pepper. On the palate, it is full and smooth with a long, spicy-mineral finish. Its unique character was developed through spontaneous fermentation and four months of aging on fine yeast lees using the sur lie method in an oak barrel.
The wine is low-histamine and vegan! We recommend serving it chilled at a temperature of 11 to 12°C with dishes featuring creamy sauces.
