Slovak wine with a protected designation of origin, grape sugar content at harvest 22.5°NM, white, dry. Comes from the winery Karpatská Perla. Variety Pinot Gris (Rulandské šedé), vintage 2022, Malokarpatská wine region - Sv. Martin.
The wine delights with a pure reductive aroma of overripe fruit and figs. The juicy taste is harmoniously balanced and full, supported by batonnage on fine lees with regular stirring. Serve chilled at 12°C with various natural preparations of poultry.
