Description
Slovak wine with protected designation of origin, grape sugar content at harvest 22,5°NM, white, dry. It comes from the Karpatská Perla winery. Variety Pinot Gris, vintage 2022, Malocarpathian wine-growing region - St. Martin.
The wine delights with pure reductive aromas of overripe fruit and fig. The juicy taste is harmoniously balanced and full-bodied, which is supported by the battonage on fine lees with regular stirring. Serve chilled to 12°C with a variety of natural poultry preparations.
