Description
Slovak dry white wine with protected designation of origin from Karpatská Perla winery. Variety Grün Veltliner, vintage 2023, Malocarpathian wine-growing region, vineyard village Modra - Noviny vineyard.
A golden yellow wine with a rich fruity-herbal bouquet reminiscent of citrus fruits, pineapple, and white pepper. The taste is full and smooth with a long, spicy-mineral finish. The wine acquired its unique character through spontaneous fermentation and four months of aging on fine yeast lees using the sur lie method in oak barrels.
The wine is low histamine and vegan! We recommend serving it chilled to a temperature of 11 to 12°C with dishes with creamy sauces.
