It provides pleasant and fresh wines, which are a great investment in the archive in good years.
Vinification is carried out gently, at controlled temperatures, in order to preserve the natural freshness, fruity tones, and delicate structure.
The result is a harmonious, easy-to-drink wine with a clean expression, ideal as an aperitif, with light meals, or for everyday enjoyment.
