Blue Franc from the Pearls Are Born in the Vineyard collection represents the harmony of organic viticulture by Karpatská Perla, hand-crafted vineyard work and gentle processing that highlights the natural purity of the grapes. The wine carries the PDO (Protected Designation of Origin) mark and meets the strict requirements of BIO certification.

The 2022 vintage (22 MVO) reflects healthy, perfectly ripened Frankovka grapes, known for their fresh acidity, spicy undertones and elegant structure. Vinification is carried out with great care to preserve fruitiness, natural colour and fine tannins.

The aroma of this red wine is dominated by black cherries, sour cherries, delicate plum, complemented by hints of spice, violet and subtle minerality.

The palate is harmonious and smooth – red berry fruit, cherry, gentle tannins, fresh acidity, enhanced by a lightly spicy and earthy-mineral character. The finish is medium-long, elegant, with notes of dark fruit and soft spice.
