This expression is bottled at cask strength 56.4% ABV, non-chill filtered and with no added colors – just as whisky tastes straight from the cask in the coastal warehouses of the Bunnahabhain distillery.

Aged for 12 years in a combination of second-fill and first-fill Oloroso sherry casks, which give it a complex structure and subtle elegance. Unlike most Islay whiskies, it is almost peat-free, allowing its naturally sweet, nutty-fruity character with a typical maritime touch to shine.
