Bairnsfather Absinth
Bairnsfather Absinth is an authentic Czech absinthe produced by hand in the Jeseníky Mountains according to a traditional 19th-century recipe.
The maceration of wormwood, anise, and fennel in fine alcohol gives it a full, bittersweet taste and a typical green color from natural chlorophyll. The aroma combines herbs with notes of mint and spice, while the taste is dominated by wormwood and anise with a long, fresh finish.
It is ideal for the classic absinthe ritual with ice water and sugar, where it reveals its depth and elegant aroma.
It gets its green color from natural chlorophyll. It has a delicate, rich taste with a maximum content of undistilled herbal ingredients. The thujone content is 10 mg/kg. (thujone = psychoactive substance).
