Bairnsfather Reality Bitter comes from the Czech Republic and this brand was the first to launch Absinthe "Bitter". Bairnsfather Bitter contains 55 % alcohol and a maximum of the psycho-active substance "thujone" from wormwood: 32-35 mg/kg.
It is an un-distilled absinthe made from a 1000 litre batch. The bottle contains at least three types of herbs that they grow themselves, guaranteeing a complex and unique experience.
Due to the increased content of wormwood, it has a bitter taste. It should be drunk diluted with ice water or as part of mixed drinks. Bottle capacity is 1 l.
