Bairnsfather

Bairnsfather Family Distillery is a renowned family distillery in the Czech Republic, specializing in the production of high-quality absinthe and other spirits. It was founded in 1991 by Martin Šebor and his family. Absinthe has been produced for several generations, with family recipes and production secrets being passed down from generation to generation.

The distillery preserves traditional methods of distillation and uses only the highest quality natural raw materials, with an emphasis on manual production and thorough quality control. They are engaged in the manual production of alcoholic medicinal drinks from 100% natural raw materials. The liquor warehouse is located under Červenohorský Sedlo, where they also grow their own herbs. 

The main product is absinthe produced according to traditional recipes, containing an exceptional combination of herbs such as wormwood, anise and fennel. In addition to absinthe, the distillery also produces other spirits. Bairnsfather products have won many awards at international competitions, which testifies to their exceptional quality and popularity.
