The family company Bairnsfather was the first to launch Absinthe Bitter. Bairnsfather Bitter contains 55% alcohol and a maximum of psycho-active substances - thyme from wormwood: 32-35 mg / kg. Due to the increased wormwood content, it tastes a little hotter.
It should be drunk diluted with ice water or as part of mixed drinks.
