Bairnsfather Bitter is an authentic Czech herbal liqueur from Jeseníky with a balanced bitter-sweet taste. It is made by macerating mountain herbs, roots, and spices in fine alcohol, without artificial additives.
The flavor is dominated by the bitterness of herbs, citrus notes, and subtle caramel. Serve chilled as an aperitif or digestif – ideal for lovers of authentic herbal liqueurs.
Bairnsfather Bitter contains 55 % alcohol and a maximum of psychoactive substances - thujone from wormwood: 32-35 mg/kg. Due to the increased content of wormwood, it tastes a bit more bitter.
It should be consumed diluted with ice water, or as part of mixed drinks.
