The Balvenie 12 Year Old Sweet Toast of American Oak
Add a tasting glass and elevate your experience to the next level!
Scottish single malt whisky from the Balvenie Stories collection, created by malt master Kelsey McKechnie. Balvenie Sweet Toast of American Oak first matures for 12 years in traditional ex-bourbon casks, and then undergoes several months of maturation in new oak casks from Kentucky. These are intensely toasted twice. First in Kentucky and then again at the Balvenie distillery.
The aroma features sweet notes of caramel, marzipan, vanilla, and candied fruit, complemented by spicy hints of clove and cinnamon. The taste is smooth and creamy. It opens with candied orange and lemon peel, vanilla caramel, and buttery honey, deepening into layers of brown sugar, hazelnuts, and warming oak spices.
Ideal for sipping neat at room temperature. Its harmonious profile needs nothing more. However, if you want to enhance the fruity and spicy nuances of this Speyside whisky, just add a few drops of water. Suitable as a gentle, elegant sip for moments of relaxation and as a great gift.
Bottles are filled with an alcohol content of 43 % and a volume of 0.7 l and are delivered in gift tubes.
