Clément Rhum Vieux Agricole Oloroso

The dark rum Clément Rhum Vieux Agricole Oloroso first ages for several years in American white oak barrels before undergoing an additional maturation phase in selected Oloroso sherry casks, which gives it an exceptionally rich and complex profile.

It is produced in Martinique according to the strict appellation d’origine contrôlée (AOC) standards, using fresh sugarcane juice, typical for the rhum agricole style of the Clément distillery.

The aroma opens with intense notes of candied fruit, walnuts, caramel, vanilla, and oak spice. The palate is rich, full-bodied, and vibrant, revealing caramelized tones, stone fruit marmalade, dark chocolate, coffee, a hint of saltiness, and a gentle bitterness on the finish.

Best enjoyed neat at room temperature in a wide glass, or with a splash of water or an ice cube to open up its full aromatic spectrum. It’s a refined sipping rum, perfect for connoisseurs and special tasting moments.
