Rum made entirely from fresh sugarcane juice under the strict AOC Martinique regulations, it reflects the refined art of French Caribbean rum-making.

Initially matured in American oak barrels, which lend notes of vanilla, caramel, and toasted wood, the rum then undergoes additional aging in Port casks, gaining a rich, fruity depth and velvety sweetness.
