La Hechicera Rum Serie Experimental No.2 - Banana Infused is a special edition of the classic rum La Hechicera. Aged in white oak barrels, it has been infused with a generous amount of organic banana pulp.
This experimental rum series is a tribute to three generations of the Riascovci family (the producers of this rum), who originally made their living by growing bananas before embarking on a romantic family story with the production of La Hechicera rum (you can read about it here).
With the aim of creating a perfect and balanced flavor, master Giraldo Mituoka soaked sun-dried bananas in aged rum, fully utilizing the intense fruit flavor while preserving the perfection of the distillate.
La Hechicera Serie Experimental No.2 Banana Infused is a distinctly experimental and artistically crafted rum.
