Clément Rhum Blanc Agricole is an agricole rum from the island of Martinique, specifically from the distillery Habitation Clément, and is made exclusively from fresh sugarcane, following the regulations of the AOC Martinique.
Distillation occurs in columns to preserve as many aromatic elements of the cane as possible – resulting in a pure, white rum (typically 40–50% ABV).
The aroma features notes of freshly cut cane, delicate floral scents, and hints of citrus peel or green grass. On the palate, there is a pronounced mid-palate with flavors of sugarcane, lime, white pepper, and subtle minerality – with a clean finish that leaves a fresh herbal impression.
This rum is ideal as a base for the traditional Ti’ Punch cocktail or enjoyed neat, possibly with ice and a slice of lime.
