Clément Rhum Blanc Agricole is an authentic agricole rum from the island of Martinique, specifically from the historic Habitation Clément distillery. It’s crafted exclusively from freshly pressed sugarcane juice, following the strict AOC Martinique regulations that guarantee origin and quality.
Distilled in column stills, this rum retains the full aromatic spectrum of sugarcane - resulting in a pure, vibrant, and expressive white rum (typically 40 – 50 % ABV).
The aroma reveals notes of freshly cut sugarcane, subtle floral hints, and touches of citrus peel and green grass. On the palate, it’s crisp and lively, offering flavors of cane juice, lime zest, white pepper, and a gentle mineral tone. The finish is clean, fresh, and delicately herbal.
Clément Rhum Blanc Agricole is perfect as the base for the traditional Ti’ Punch or enjoyed neat with a few ice cubes and a slice of lime.
