Clément V.O Rhum Vieux Agricole comes from Martinique and carries the protected designation AOC Martinique. It is produced by distilling pure sugarcane juice, which is the basis of the traditional style of rhum agricole.

The rum ages for 3 years in the cellars of Habitation Clément, alternating between bourbon barrels and new American oak barrels during the aging process. This combination brings a subtle woody and spicy character while preserving the fresher expression of sugarcane.

Clément V.O has a mahogany color, and the producer notes aromas of vanilla, coconut, cocoa, and coffee. It has a light and spicy taste. It is bottled at 40% alcohol by volume.

It is suitable for sipping neat, on the rocks, or in classic rum cocktails like Ti’Vieux with a bit of sugarcane syrup and lime.
