Clément Cask Finish Collection Sake is a limited agricole rum from Martinique. It aged for four years in bourbon casks and then matured for 11 months in a Japanese sake cask. This is a Single Cask, brut de fût bottling at 54.4%, from which only 289 bottles were produced.

Description
Clément Cask Finish Collection Sake is a limited Rhum Vieux Agricole from Martinique, made from fresh sugarcane juice. It first aged for 4 years in bourbon barrels, and then underwent an 11-month finish in an ex-sake barrel as specified on the label of this edition.
The rum is part of the Cask Finish Collection series, where Clément experiments with aging agricole rums in unconventional barrels. The ex-sake barrel brings delicate grain and rice notes that complement the traditional character of aged agricole rum.
This is a Single Cask bottling, bottled at a natural cask strength of 54.4%, without cold filtration. The edition is limited to only 289 numbered bottles.
