It first aged for 4 years and 2 months in bourbon barrels and then matured for 11 months in an ex-Oloroso cask from the Jerez de la Frontera region. This is a Single Cask, Brut de Fût bottling at a strength of 60.5%, limited to only 188 bottles.

Description
Clément Cask Finish Collection Oloroso is a limited agricole rum from Martinique and part of a series focused on unconventional secondary aging in casks previously used for wines and spirits.
The rum first aged for 4 years and 2 months in bourbon casks. It then underwent an additional 11 months in an ex-Oloroso cask sourced from Jerez de la Frontera in Spain. The Oloroso finish adds roasted and caramelized notes, candied fruit, and a slightly bitter finish to the profile.
This edition has been bottled as Brut de Fût, meaning at a natural cask strength of 60.5%, and according to the label, it was not cold filtered. It is a numbered limited edition of only 188 bottles.
