Description
Paranubes Añejo is a natural Mexican white rum that comes from the Sierra Mazateca mountains in Oaxaca. It is produced through wild fermentation of fresh sugarcane juice and molasses, which is grown on the farm of master distiller Jose Luis Carrera.
The sugarcane is cultivated in fields around the distillery without the use of pesticides, chemicals or fertilizers on nutrient-rich soil. The distillery and the fields are located at an altitude of 1100 to 1800 m.a.s.l.
Finally, it aged for 18 months in American oak barrels, from which it gained a pleasant vanilla-caramel flavor. It is perfect for various rum cocktails.
