Paranubes Añejo Tequila Cask Finish is a unique Agricole rum that combines the authenticity of Mexican craftsmanship with the exceptional nature of organic sugarcane cultivation. This 32-month rum aged in ex-tequila barrels in the Sierra Mazateca mountains to offer a perfect harmony of flavors and aromas.
The production of Paranubes Añejo is a story of precision and tradition. Every detail – from the hand-harvesting of four varieties of sugarcane to mechanical pressing within 24 hours – is carefully monitored. The sugarcane juice ferments for up to four months in oak barrels without the addition of water. The result is a unique distillate with an alcohol content of 54.3% that preserves the true essence of the cane.
The base flavor of Paranubes Añejo is enriched by aging in American oak barrels that previously held Cascahuin tequila. This process imparts subtle notes of vanilla, caramel, and wood that perfectly complement the natural freshness of the sugarcane. The rum is bottled at cask strength, preserving maximum intensity and richness of flavors.
