Pampero Blanco is a Venezuelan white rum that stands out for its purity and smoothness. It is distilled from molasses and then aged for a minimum of 2 years in white oak Scotch whisky casks, giving it a subtle complexity.
After maturation, the rum is filtered to remove the colour but preserve the flavour, resulting in a crystal clear spirit with a rich flavour profile. The production process involves a combination of column, pot and copper stills to create a balanced and full-bodied rum.
The aroma is dominated by freshness with notes of blackcurrant, green apple and banana. The taste is sweet and smooth, with hints of candyfloss, light caramel and vanilla. The finish is refreshing and cooling, slightly spicy with hints of vanilla.
Pampero Blanco is ideal for mixing cocktails such as Mojito, Daiquiri or Cuba Libre, where its smoothness and complexity shine through. Its quality has been recognized in several international competitions, including the San Francisco World Spirits Competition and the International Spirits Challenge.
Bottles are bottled at 37,5 % alcohol with a 0,7 l capacity.
