Pampero Blanco is a Venezuelan white rum that stands out for its purity and smoothness. It is distilled from molasses and then aged for a minimum of 2 years in white oak barrels previously used for Scotch whisky, which gives it a subtle complexity.
After aging, the rum is filtered to remove color while preserving flavor, resulting in a crystal-clear distillate with a rich flavor profile. The production process involves a combination of distillation in column, pot, and copper stills, allowing for a balanced and full-bodied rum.
The aroma is dominated by freshness with notes of blackcurrant, green apple, and banana. The taste is sweet and smooth, with hints of cotton candy, light caramel, and vanilla. The finish is refreshing and cooling, slightly spicy with hints of vanilla.
Pampero Blanco is ideal for mixing cocktails such as Mojito, Daiquiri, or Cuba Libre, where its smoothness and complexity shine. Its quality has been recognized at several international competitions, including the San Francisco World Spirits Competition and the International Spirits Challenge.
Bottles are filled with an alcohol content of 37.5% and a volume of 0.7 l.
