Le Contesse Pinot Nero Spumante Brut is an Italian dry white sparkling wine . It was made from 100% hand-picked Pinot Noir grapes, carefully selected from the best vineyards near the Congeliano Mountains, Treviso wine region, Italy (40 m above sea level). The wine is the result of a pearl process called "Long Charmat".
After manual harvesting of the grapes, it undergoes cold static decantation only by light pressing and cleaning of the must. A portion of the must is then stored refrigerated while the remainder of the mixture is fermented at a controlled temperature. The second fermentation takes place in pressurized vessels with selected yeast, with the help of which it matures and acquires its effervescence for another 9-12 months. After this step, the wine is bottled and left to mature in temperature-controlled warehouses for several more weeks.

This Italian sparkling wine, known as Vigna Rampante Asolo Prosecco Superiore DOCG Brut Bacca Nuda, represents the pinnacle of Vigna Rampante winery's production in the prestigious Montello region. It is made from 100 % Glera, which gives it its typical freshness and elegance.
The grapes are carefully harvested in the second half of September in the Montello area, which is characterised by its sunny slopes and mild climate. After gentle pressing, fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature in order to preserve the grapes' expressive fruitiness and delicate aromas. Secondary fermentation is carried out using the Charmat method in pressurised tanks, which ensures the formation of fine and durable bubbles.
Bacca Nuda is a versatile prosecco, ideal as an aperitif but also as an accompaniment to a variety of dishes. It goes well with seafood, fish dishes, risottos or light vegetable dishes. Its freshness and elegance make it a great choice for any occasion.
