Naga Java Reserve is an Indonesian dark rum from the Naga distillery on the island of Java. It has a volume of 0,7 l, an alcohol content of 40% and offers an authentic experience based on traditional Asian fermentation and distillation techniques.
The rum is produced by fermenting a mixture of sugar cane molasses and yeast from sweetened red rice in teak vats until it reaches approximately 12% alcohol. This "cane wine" is then distilled in two ways: 52 % is double distilled in traditional Chinese pot stills to 60 - 65% ABV, and 48 % is column distilled to 92 %.
This combined process produces a balanced, complex spirit with a delicate fullness. The history of Batavia Arrack – the original name for Indonesian spirits – dates back to the 17th century and has significantly shaped the culture of domestic rum production. The distillery is reviving this long tradition in northern Java.
The rum is first aged for 3 years in jati (teak) barrels, which adds exotic spicy notes and woody and smoky undertones. It then spends 4 years in ex-bourbon American oak barrels, which impart subtle notes of vanilla, caramel and sweet woody nuances.

Rum Relicario Dominicano Superior is a truly noble and interesting drink. It matures by the soler method, which means that it is not a distillate of a certain age, but a mixture of individual distillates with different maturation lengths. They are matured in different barrels and then mixed. It is a sophisticated method that comes from Spain. It matures in ex-brandy and ex-sherry barrels. Ron Relicario is a mixture of rums aged 5, 8 and 12 years.
Ron Relicario is a rum with full flavor. Delicate tones of vanilla and fresh fruit tickle the nose. You will clearly feel on your tongue that it is a ripe and well-developed rum, slightly sweet with woody tones, vanilla and roasted almonds. The extravagant love of detail and the bottle with a heavy glass bottom also clearly show the power of Ron Relicario rum, an exclusive rum from the Dominican Republic.
