The Whistler French Oak 10 Year Old is an Irish single malt whiskey initially matured in American oak barrels, which imparted a full body and honeyed profile. It then underwent finishing in French oak barrels infused with the finest wine from Bordeaux, France. The French oak barrels underwent the N.E.O.C. process, adding a spicy character to its flavor profile, harmoniously blending with the dried fruit notes from the Bordeaux wine casks.
Unfiltered. Naturally colored whiskey made in small batches.

honey with notes of cooked fruit, stewed pears and black currants, vanilla, caramel, spices, pastry and white chocolate with a hint of mineral tones and herbs
