Connemara's first-class peat Irish single malt whiskey presented as its Distillers Edition. A lot of earthy and evocative smoke is combined with honey barley and juicy apple. Yes, yes, we like good old Connemara whiskey.
Aroma: Earthy smoke, developing tones of fruit from the orchard and a hint of honey.
Taste: The taste develops more honey with an increasingly strong juicy peach and a hint of black pepper. Of course, peat also shows in the taste.
Finish: Very long with a tone of smoky oak at the end.
