The GlenAllachie Spanish Oak Finish 10 Year Old + Gin Sul for free
The GlenAllachie Spanish Oak Finish 10 Year Old Single malt whisky is from the Virgin Oak Series 3. The whisky gets its unique spicy flavour from maturation in virgin Spanish oak casks. The wood comes from the regions of Galicia and Asturias, specifically the forests of the Cantabrian Mountains. The area has a very cool and humid climate.
The oak wood has been air-dried for approximately 18 months. It was then toasted and charred to a medium level, which opened up the oak and allowed the whisky's cask character to shine through. Secondary maturation in virgin Spanish casks deepened the whisky's beautiful mahogany hue.
After maturation, the whisky is bottled at 48% alcohol. No added colouring or chill filtering. The bottle comes in a gift box.

Juniper distillate is produced in a small, hand-made, copper still. All alcoholic vapors in it must pass through a metal sieve in which there are herbs.
Cold, clear and soft water from the Lüneburg Heath, grapefruit-sized Portuguese lemons, juniper, fresh rosemary, and the oily resin of the cistus herb (rock rose) make GIN SUL extraordinary. The touch of the Portuguese Atlantic coast is bottled in typical white clay bottles, which protect the gin from light and heat.
